I read on your website that all properties must be viewed before
an application is accepted.  I'm moving to Flagstaff but am not
yet in town, can I have a friend look at the property for me?


We would allow that, however we highly
recommend having whoever views the
property to take pictures for you so
that there are no surprises when you
move in.

How long can I hold the property after I pay the $100
Holding Deposit?


We can hold the property in your name for
about two weeks from the date that you
submit your application.

Are your properties pet-friendly?

Flagstaff Property Management
welcomes service animals in all of our properties.
Please note the "Pets with Approval"
column of our rental list for detailed information
on whether other pets are allowed and if so,
what specifications apply.

Do you have any furnished summer rentals?

Flagstaff Property Management specializes
in unfurnished residential rentals but if you
contact our office, we would be happy to provide
you with the names of Flagstaff property managers
who offer furnished rentals.

I'm looking for a nice two bedroom apartment, how
many roommates can I have?


Arizona State Law limits rental properties 
to no more than two persons per bedroom.

What if I have a small child or a baby?  Does he/she
count as one more person?


Yes, no matter the age of the individual,
they still count as a person.

Do you have Month-to-Month Rentals & how do I tell
which properties are Month-to-Month?


Yes, some of our properties are
Month-to-Month. Those Properties are
noted in the "Other Info" section of
our Rental List 
, as the abbreviation M-M

however not necessarily the exact property for rent.


Can I hold the Property before I put in my application
or while I go to see the Property?


We cannot hold a property until we
have all completed applications, application
fees and until the interior has been viewed.  
Upon receipt of the $100.00 Holding Deposit
we can hold your application in first position.

Is the Holding Deposit refundable?

If you choose to withdraw your application
or for whatever reason you may be denied,
your Holding Deposit is refundable.  However,
if you have been accepted, and you agree to a
move-in date, the Holding Deposit is put
towards your move-in costs and is no longer
refundable.  We call this Mutual Acceptance.

Do I need to pay first and last month's rent to move in?

No, You pay the Security Deposit and
the Pro-Rated rent, minus the $100.00
Holding Deposit you pay when you turn
in your application.

When I move out, how much of the Security Deposit is
refundable and how long does it take to get back?


The Security Deposit is completely refundable
as long as the property is returned to the
condition in which you received it. Normally,
it takes 14 business days to get the
Security Deposit back to you.
